By accessing or using the SuperDealz platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SuperDealz. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (c) create fake accounts, deals, or reviews; (d) use automated scripts to access the Platform without our prior written consent; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content from the Platform.
SuperDealz facilitates the discovery and redemption of deals offered by third-party merchants. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any deal. Deals are subject to the merchant's own terms and conditions, including availability, expiry dates, and usage restrictions. SuperDealz is not liable for any disputes between users and merchants regarding deal redemption.
Merchants who list deals on SuperDealz agree to honor all published deals in good faith. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their deal listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability. SuperDealz reserves the right to remove any deal or merchant account that violates these Terms or engages in deceptive practices.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of SuperDealz Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperDealz and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any accumulated loyalty points may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
